If your 1995 Airstream Excella 1000 Travel Trailer has a Bulldog Collar Lok style of coupler on it then yes, the EZ Lock Trailer Coupler Lock # BLTL-20-40D would fit and work well. Fulton does not carry a repair kit for your 2" ball coupler. I recommend replacing your coupler with one easier to use like the Demco A-Frame Trailer Coupler # DM14793-81. This coupler can be bolted on and if the coupler latch wears our it can be replaced with the Repair Kit # DM6109. With this eZ-Latch system you only need to raise the handle to disconnect the trailer. This makes it much easier to just drop the trailer onto the ball and not add additional stress to the parts.
